Model Portfolio Prices & Contract

$75 deposit is required to reserve session time. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 1-day notice or if the model is more than 1/2 hour late. Otherwise the deposit will be applied and deducted from the session fee. Remainder of session fee is due at time of session. All images taken by Sarah Carmody Photography are copyright protected and may not be reproduced without permission. Sarah Carmody Photography reserves the right to use all images for promoting and advertising Sarah Carmody Photography.

Session Fees

  • 2-Look Session(90 images): $250.00
  • 3-Look Session(150 images): $350.00
  • Additional time: $80/Hour after 3 hours

Styling Fees

  • Makeup: $45 per look*
  • Hair: $30 per look*
  • Makeup and hair for entire session: $200

* $50 minimum styling fee

Minor digital retouching included for 5x7 prints and larger, additional retouching $35 per hour.

Comp cards: $180 for 100, 5 shot, 2-sided card. Allow 4-6 weeks.

Normal turn around time for proofs is two weeks. Proof sheets and reprint orders will be mailed unless other arrangements are made.

Rush charges apply as follows:

  • Next day: (if possible): 200%
  • 2 days: 100%
  • 3-4 days: 75%
